Will 4 cyl. rear springs work on my 302 rear

I got my glass through Diamond Auto Glass. I checked there is a dealer in your area. Get a quote through them. I know I didn't pay that much. I'll see if I still have the invoice just to confirm what I did pay. They willl even give you a quote online. Here is the # to call them also, 18002344527.

Will 4 cyl. rear springs work on my 302 rear

Just get a new windshield. Anything closing in on 30 years is going to be brittle and probably full of little nicks. A new one cost me 150$ carry out last fall. They are still availible new. With installation it was like 165$.

    Push rods

The 351W push rods are much longer that that. Could it be the style of rocker arms used? A switch from the cast to the stamped bolt down units.

    Engine Noises

Possibly an exhaust gasket. A popped header gasket of manifold gasket will make a "tick" like sound.

There isn't any woman worth that much. (No offense intended to the Ladies of the group) Girls like that give real ladies a bad name. Hearing that reminds me of one thing. Sound bit

darn stock antenna...how do ya get it off?

I'm not sure if the II's came with an ant. that had a removable mast. I know the later Fords did, but I dont think the II did. I swapped a later model in that has a removable mast so it would fin under a car cover easier.

    Holley 600 on a 77 302

A vac. secondary carb doesn't or I should say shouldn't flop the secondaries open immediatly when you "stomp it". The engine vac has to reach a certain point when it overcomes the spring (if I am correct on how things work). as you gradually accelerate the vacume builds to a point to where they...

    Holley 600 on a 77 302

I'm not the greatest Holley tuner but I'll make a guess or two. Possibily too light of a secondary spring? If the secondaries open too quickly the carb has no way to make up for the sudden lean condition (like the second accel. pump on a double pumper), and you can get a hesitation when they pop...

    door weatherstrips

Currently no one is reproducing those parts. A good used set is about as good as you can do. Unless you have a thick wallet. I talked to Phil from Mustang II Speciality Shop in AL a couple of years ago and we quoted me $250 a door for NOS seals. I laughed and told him that I could deal with the...

    `76 Mustang rear

You heard correct but yes too late. the early 4 bolt pattern and the 74+ are different. You could swap the axles but I'm not sure if the early 8" came in 4 bolt or not.
