    timing question

    With stock timing i have to run 93 octane to get no detonation and I can take it up to 13 degrees with 93 and still not get any but is this normal?? I wouldn't think I would need 93 with just the mods listed in my sig. with stock timing. Any ideas??

    I'm trying to set my tps to the right setting and I read you are supposed to unhook your IAC motor and adjust the idle after it's unhooked to about 700 rpm.     fuel pump is not turning on

    I went to start my car and it just kept turning over and wouldn't fire up like it wasn't getting fuel or something so I had someone listen by the gas tank while I turned the key on and they said the fuel pump definitely isn't turning on. Now I could hear the fuel pump relay under my seat...
