    Grinding 5th

    So what can cause the grinding? I have an adjustable clutch quad, can that be the problem? Is it the clutch ? I plan on replacing the clutch anyway but I am really confused now.

    Mine does it also. I have a pro 5.0 but it was in for 2 years before the 5th gear grinding started. Does 5th have a syncro or not. I am going to have to pull my tranny to replace the TO bearing and was going to replace the syncro.

    Power steering pulley question-yes I searched

    It also slung a small amount of fluid on my fender when I ran the engine. Just a few drops. I don't want it to come loose and damage my new hood going on tomorrow.

    I just started my car and it started squeeling. I shut it off and grabbed the power steering pump pulley and it moves back and forth about 1/8 of and inch. Stupid question but is this normal?     Buy a SVO Motorsport RPM extender off Ebay or the mustang sites. I have on and I love it. When you get ready for the dyno tune, just sell it and get your money back.
