    +1. I think that kids these days have a bit too much technology that it distracts from their education (How many of you have had cell phones ringing in high school or college classes?) However, I like that Mom/Dad button phone idea for the youngsters, as it would teach them to only use the phone...

    That looks too good to be a roll bar... Must be a light bar :D Did you do a brakelight swap? Verticle tailights were only on 96+ years... *edit - If only i would read your signature..... :(

    I don't think that you have to remove the light bar when you put the top up. All the pictures that i've seen have the light bar being bolted on. I've also heard people 'complain' about the third (or fourth) brake light on the bar turning on when the top is up. Thanks for the replies!

    Well, I have found two of them, within a couple miles of each other :D One owner had their front bumper repainted, and the body shop said that it was just as easy as the other colors... oh well...?

    Check to see if the car has had 'the fix'. Since you researched a bit, you should be familiar with the 99's problems, and what to look for. From what i've been reading, is do a gear swap. Most recommend the 4.10's, as these motors like to rev :D

    I heard that Ford redid some of their convertible specs, and made it a lot better than the previous years. Is that true? Anything to look out for when buying a convertible?

    Too much effort, and nothing to really do. :D Except Go-Karting, which would be fun... Anyone up for some go-karting? Decent karts, and top speed of 35-40 MPH...
