    That is exactly what I've been thinking for so long, and on other cars as well! I've always wished that I could have SOME kind of transmission that could be driven either like a manual or automatic. But like you said, oh well, I guess it's too much to hope for. :rolleyes:

    Wow, nice lookin ride, man! Still looking, I drove a V6 that color today. It was automatic and only a little over $21,000, which didn't seem like too bad of a price. Somehow it just doesn't look as good as your GT, though! :hail2:

    Way ta go, man! I wish I knew what it sounded like. I'd like to have a V6 if it sounded awesome enough. It's tough for me to accept things the way they are, since I drive a F150 with a V8 that has flowmasters, and it sounds awesome!

    I get 'emotionally distraught' over the simplest things myself, so if I were in your shoes, I'd be as bad, or worse! But like jlisle01 said, there's other ways of looking at things. I'm still waiting to make that purchase, myself, so I'll consider you one lucky stang owner when you get your car! :D

    Thanks for the replies. I guess I'm just trying to figure out why there are so many V6's on the lots and no GT's! Went down to the local dealership today and there are 8 or 9 V6's down there. I guess there's not that much difference in gas mileage between a V6 and V8, anyway.
