    has anyone changed oil pan gasket?

    Also don't forget, it could be our old friend, the rear main seal. If it's leaking at the back of the pan, it's hard to tell which one it is. Either way, it's a pain. good luck

    If you get a part from Autozone, make sure it's a brand name part. Their generic stuff is crap. Advance Auto is much better with generics.

    I can't believe I'm still confused! :bang: Do you put the jack under the diff.? Why not just put jack stands under the axle. Wouldn't that load the suspension? and do you have to do a similar thing for the front struts? Oh! crap! I think i'm a dumb-ass!! :D

    At the risk of sounding like a complete idiot! :D If I place my stands under the axle as I usually do, do I then place jacks under each wheel? In other words, how do I load the system? :shrug:

    I'll be doing this also when installing my Bullit kit... So... does the rear suspension need to be loaded or unloaded?? When jacked up , where do you put the jack stands??

    True, if it's not close to the sidewall, it's easily fixed. But, PLUG it . Don't patch it. From your picture, fix it. :D

    #1 cylinder is on the passenger side... front aim light downward from passenger side, right next to top coolant hose. Move the hose over slightly with your other hand. Use mechanics gloves for heat and so you don't get shocked by a cracked wire... good luck, keep trying.... :D

    Mine also bounces around a little. I'm in the process of replacing both idler pullies and the water pump. I'll let you know if it smooths it out .... :D

    Gotta chirping pully that's driving me nuts! :mad: I think it's the idler guy in the middle, up top... WD 40 is not doing the trick anymore. Is this something I need to replace, or can I just rank it off and put some grease in there ? thanks...
