    Reason I ask, is because I have 275 BFG g force kdw2's on my rear, and they are pretty loud... I guess I've gotten pretty used to it, or I just crank the radio.

    have you had the same tires?? what kind are they? sometimes tires can give you alot of vibration and noise... might be the culprit, pending on how bad the vibration is......

    +1,The tips are prob. gonna be expensive. I would reckon that any exhaust shop could bend the pipes for you, in fact, if my car wasn't so low, I was thinkin' about doing the same thing.

    I don't know exaclty if the K&N will fit, but the cleaner sbould work. Honestly, I've had my BBK CAI for over a year, and I've yet to clean it. BTW did you get a chance to try it out since installing the new fuel filter???

    Some upper and lower control arms to start. What kind of rims you have on your car? Try with the widest possible on the rim, or you can get some deep dish and/or get drag radials if your going to the track. some lowering springs would be good to get, and since you have your car apart at that...

    Could be the fuel filter, sometimes when they get crap built up there it can make acceleration shuddery. Or In my case, my car did it when the engine got a little wet. the fuel injectors got blocked. Definatly sounds like a fule issue.

    sounds like it may be a timing issue... it's the only varible you changed, and your results are worse... would be my guess. check your degrees and see if their running one side too lean or somthing. Def. sounds like it is fudged up in there.

    (embarraced) well....ummmmm actually it was me who put it in in the first place. but I got one of those hook up kits form wal-mart, and it seemed fine, until i noticed the white noise.
