    I agree, the whole F150 spring "upgrade" is pretty played out. It is a HUGE pain in the ass to get in and the real benifit comes from adding the extra clutches anyway. I have done enough rebuilds to know that.

    I agree with Fishhawk. I run Granatelli uppers and lowers with no quad shocks. No wheel hop here.

    Intake wont seal

    make sure you tighten in sequence from the inside out to the edges. It took me a few times in sequence to get it to hold the torque value desired

    if the engine is out and mounted on a stand, screw in a couple of flywheel bolts into the back of the crank and put a bar or something between them. Now you can let it spin until it wedges against the stand. Voila' if the engine is still in, try the old ebrake and in-gear method stated above...
