    Well I can't speak for sportlines but the Pro kit really doesn't sacrifice comfort(much) you will notice a stiffer ride but not bad.

    What he said, I believe after you adjust the set screw you want to re-check your volts on the TPS, should be around ~.98

    The ECU is located on the passenger side kick panel (under and to the right of the glove box).

    Go to magnaflow.com to get the size you need and then check ebay, there are a couple of people that sell them pretty cheap! I believe I paid around 100.00 for both NIB.

    I know my Bassani X pipe came with hi-flow removable cats, but I'm not sure if you can buy them separate, worth a shot....

    My 93 is set @ 41 w/o vacuum and around 35-36 with. Mine has always dropped approx ~7 psi once plugged in, sounds normal to me.
