    First, The Vortech kits come with a Boost BTM. Thats means you can lock the timing high and then pull it back under boost. The BTM is a ignition box that retards timing under boost. I would set it to +30 locked (Spout Out) and set the BTM to 1.5 to start. You'll have plenty of bottom...

    Guys, I just bought a new Ford E-303 cam off the interent. However, it didn't come with a cam pin. The pin used to set the timing on the chain. Can I buy this pin at a regular auto store or do I have to goto Ford?

    I never got the chip. I scraped the idea and got a Vortech instead. However :( , 3 weeks after the Vortech install my car got hit and it was declared totalled. I am currently building another car with my TFS parts. Should be done soon.

    I was told the same thing. If my new melling standard volume pump locked up for some horrible reason, I rather the shaft break then my new cam or distributer. So I am sticking with my stock shaft. And really..... how ofter do you hear about a oil drive shaft breaking in a street...
