    I shift my 4R70W manually quite a bit (probably more than I should). As long as you have a good tranny cooler and don't do it too hard/too often, you should be alright.

    Oh ok. Now I'm getting a better idea of what you're talking about. Do you not like the DD Bullitts? In any case, just get the 17x8 for the fronts and 17ux9's for the rear. Sounds like a plan to me :shrug:

    What type of wheels do you have now? Unless you're running deep dish rims, only the tires will create a staggered look. In other words, you could run 17x9 both up front and out back and still run 245's/275's. I have the stock 17x8 5-star GT rims all around but I'm running 245's up front...

    IMO, I wouldn't worry about UDP's yet. For $200, they are cheaper and more beneficial mods to do first. Gears = $160 Mufflers = much cheaper than $200 Mid-pipe = less than $200 etc.....

    As far as water damaging anything under the hood, nah. When I wash my car, I hose down the complete engine bay anyway. No problems.
