    How do you adjust a timing chain to get +-4*?

    Are you using the stock gears and chain? If the yes, then you need to buy a new set!!! They are cheap...a FMS kit is like 65$ from sumitt. It has 9 diff keyways. You don't want to use the old set. They strech over time and won't give you correct timming!

    The 1/4 vents on my 95 Cobra have a flapper door on the inside of the 1/4 panel...in other words functional (spelling) brake cooling,the 96's and up don't!

    The fms chain and gear kit are marked right on the gears.You want to install it @ 4*advanced.

    Forget about it. It will not fit! Our 302's and the 4.6 or 5.4 mod motors are compleatly diff. Other than being built bye ford, they have nothing in common.

    Great times...You are very close to my mods and my times! I dynoed 280rwhp & 315rwtq.My best 1/4 time was 13.42 @ 103 without my AFR's or my Cam.

    I never said don't have fun!! I'm just trying to get him the best launch! We all know it's hard enough without any distractions! With a auto it's MUCH easier! Not much else to do but tach up and go!! It's all good! The track to me: is all about going as fast as you can and NO cops!!!! Enjoy!
