    anyone who drops the k member to put headers on is out of their mind! It can be done without dropping the K member. A friend of mine installed long tube headers without dropping the k member. Do you want to have to go for a wheel alignment, do you want to go through plum bobing the k member...

    23,000 miles now.. when should I change fuel filter?

    well considering the filter is cheap and fairly easy to get to i would suggest changing the fuel filter every 5-10 thousand miles. due to the fact that the oxygenated gas likes to clog them up..IMOP

    how is 5w 20 better for winter that 5w 30 if the low number is the same the cold startup oil flow is the same 20 and 30 have nothing to do with winter weather.

    New thicker oil = bad gas milage?

    a 30 weight oil is not going to make a noticiable decrease in gas mileage over a 20w. BTW ford switched its oil weight all the way back to 1997 to a 5w-20 in cars that required 5w-30. Just so they could increase their CAFE requirements for gas mileage.

    the only reason ford has switched to 5w20 is to get slightly better gas mileage for cafe requirements. too thin 5w30 for me mobil 1. once break in is completed.

    Help w/TR-3650 Fill Capacity

    3.2L or 3.4 quarts 4.5 is way too much.. Go to a marine supply and buy a small quart pump and just pump in the 3.4 quarts.
