    A week or so ago I posted a thread about my seat I got out of a 2002 GT for $50, well here are some pics of them installed and the interior re-dyed/painted. I think it ccame out pretty darn good. There are stilll a few little things left but nothing major. Enjoy:D

    smog tube removal heads

    Sounds like you got the right holes blocked off, the smaller hole is to mount the smog tube. Just get the 2 that are bigger as tight as you can and see if the noise goes away. Good luck.

    Just a quick question on the spinning the wheels/driveshaft thing. How do you do that to tell what gears you got? The guy I just bought my car from said he wasn't sure if it had 3.73's or 4.10's, but thought it was the 3.73's.

    I run Riken Raptor on mine, been onthere for about a month so dont know how long they will last. Seems real good so far.

    Engine sounds good, I would go to the junk yard and find a fairly decent LX coupe or hatch and swap engine and all other supporting components. Then you can keep all the interior (or most of it) and it would still be lighter than your gutted vert. And for the stickers, start scraping those...

    So I dont have to change out the brackets onthe bottom of the seats? I know the brackets on the bottom of the 02 passenger seat is bent some so can I possibly take the one off my 90 seat and replace it with the bent one? And yes, you read right. $50!!! They were $100 but now $50 since...

    Well I can pick up a full (front and rear) set of 2002 black leather GT seats for $50. I have a 1990 LX Vert they will be going in. Can anyone tell me what all is needed to do the conversion? I know for the rear I will have to take the leather off the 2002 seats and use it to wrap my seats...

    Crap!!!!!!!!

    Have it welded, if you can, find somewhere that refinishes boat props to weld it for you. Those guys are some of the best at welding on aluminum I have ever seen. You won't be able to tell it was ever broke.

    Check with Midwest Mustang, there located in Lawrence KS. Here is there website. The site doesn't really show much but give them a call or email them. They are a Mustang salvage yard and have a ton of fox bodies in there. There yard is next door to the company I work for...

    It is a Trick Stick. I just bought the handle from 5.0resto for $24.99 or something. Seemed like a good deal to me as there was no real need to change out the whole shifter setup. Shifts real smooth too, I love it and definately worth the money.

    I have got to be the smartest person ever....

    On the part you are turning to adlust the brakes, feel around it and the small part you need to pull on to release it should be touching it. It is set up so it turns one way and catches the little grooves and keep it from turning back. Just feel around it w/ your finger, you will find it.

    Just got my new shifter in today so I put it on and cleaned the car up a little. So here are a few pics of her. No special backgrounds in the pics like some of you do but oh well. Let me know what you think of it:D Brandon
