    update Update... Found a plug wire that was not "clicked" on all the way. :shrug: Also the BAP sensor hose had a small crack on the back of it. Replaced that, put the plugwire on and it idles now, still rough though. Going to check timing and TPS and go from there.

    Anyone Running a Black Magic Fan from FAL?

    fan I've read lots of threads like yours in my searching for a fan. Seems like the Black Magics are marginal at best. For the money I think a Taurus fan and a DCC controller is a way better buy than a Black Magic fan. I hope to have mine installed this weekend. :nice:

    money What's your budget? The stocks shocks (even in good shape) are junk. Good aftermarket ones like Tokicos, Konis, or Bilsteins will help. You do still have your quads on too right? A panhard bar, LCAs, new bushings will all help too. All depends on how much you want to spend.

    HAHAH :rlaugh: Contrary to popular belief, a well ported stock lower makes damn good power....actually make MORE power from idle to about 4,400 RPMS than a Cobra intake. From about 4,400-6,000 RPMS the Cobra will make slightly more. Read all about it and see dyno sheets...

    Thanks that makes sense. Yeah I am pretty sure these all go to the lower intake. I have the upper intake ones separate....and there is one of the strange bolts in that bunch too.

    How does it go on the metal heater hose line? Does it go underneath it and then a nut goes on over the top? If so I take it the metal heater hose line has to be put on after the lower intake is installed? Pretty sure there was one that went in one of the back corners and brace went on over it...

    coolant What ratio of coolant/water are you running? Are you using a fan controller? if so where did you put the temp probe? You also may want to try to burp the system if you haven't already.

    Installing the vacuum tree type thing into the underside of my upper intake. Which way does the bend face? Toward the throttle body or away? This is the item I am re-installing.
