    Sound deadener project

    My local audio shop guy told me to start with minimal amounts of sound deadener, drive the car (if possible) and add as needed to get the desired sound deadening. A full box that is required to cover the entire floor/trunk area of my fastback would add too much weight and cost more than I care...

    world class t-5's a re good, but, keep in mind a heavy car with the power numbers you are predicting would result in upgrading the t-5 fairly quick. I would go with a stout 4 speed or tko if you must have a 5 speed. I have to ask...why a 5 speed with 3.00 rear gears? I had an 88 GT with a t-5...

    Still researching the m/c ...rear brakes are 2000 crown vic disc (solid rotor design) For my application, solid rotor will be fine.
