    So my car runs so much better with the correct ( longer spark plugs) I just assumed that the aluminum heads would use the same as the stock heads do. After two years of pulling my hair out it finally dawned on me I was running the wrong plugs.

    It's a speed master. Copy of an Edelbrock. No spacer. I run a trick flow elbow for my 95 gt. It has provisions for the egr. No issue with clearing the alternator.

    No way no how would the stock valve covers clear my roller rockers. I even tried fox body covers and they wouldn't clear. I'm running pro comp heads. I ended up using cheap stamped steel covers but they work fine.

    Anyone think I can source some E7 heads at the meet. I've never been there but the site says there's like 14 miles of vendors I'm just not sure about finding cast iron heads in this day and age. I threw out 2 sets a couple years ago. One set was 3 bar gt40s. Rats!!
