    i think turbo will be harder i have a mild HCI combo and no tune n the car ran pretty well ( lol - i say ran because its in the shop due to a misfire i cant locate ) but minor tweeking with timing and fuel pressure will go a long way on an HCI car imo....

    the car is actually at a local performance shop and they will run all test and get to it in the morning. Im very ill equiped so i couldnt run these tests and get to it myself. I will post as soon as i speak to them and see what they come up with. Thanks guys !!!

    ill try to reach a couple of my buddies to see if anyone has one laying around or if i can just use theirs to see if it works... ill keep you guys posted. but no one is suspecting the dizzee? (thats mainly what im afraid of - they are pretty pricey!!!)

    i have no idea as for the grounds but i really dont see a reason for them to all of a sudden go out of whack and cause such a major misfire... the coil is about 2-2.5 years old could the coil be causing such a misfire? it doesnt feel like a single plug is down it feels as if half the cyls...

    nope..the dizzee is in right - spout facing cyl 1 at tdc this misfire developed before i started the work on the car. The car ran fine for months and then the lifter started making noise and soon after -couple miles later- the misfire began with the car reassembled and new plugs wires...

    i just drained my coolant last night and i was just about to post about this... i have IDENTICAL issues so just a good flush will do the trick? (in my case coolant was replaced just 2-3 months ago when i re-installed the radiator)

    i'd get under the car make sure you plugged everything up correctly under the car when you were doing the tranny (especially the 02's) if not id really look into the wires and plugs (my car used to foul plugs and miss because i had oil rushing down into the combustion chamber due to a bad pcv...

    ...any suggestions on a GOOD & RELIABLE radiator for our cars? cooling is really not something i wanna mess with and keep re-installing faulty parts, i wanna know that everything is up to par and functioning properly im debating going back to a stock replacement rad. Any feedback on those?

    u have the T5 listed in your sig and my buddies car used to do that after a tranny swap...he replaced the ecu with the same exact one (matching part numbers) and it stopped - no idea why but it helped this probably doesnt help any but...

    just earlier today i noticed that my replacement mishimoto is leaking...i put about 600 miles on this one and the previous one i had for about 1500 miles i dont think i'll be taking them upon their warranty again...i want my $$$ back:notnice:
