    With the tin on the manifold there is not going to be that much movement in the tin to give a real good seal. If i went with composite port seal why bother with the tin at all? :shrug:

    I have mine run from the firewall down to the drivers frame rail turning up and over the trans tunnel about halfway down the tailshaft into the trans. smooth bends will help keep the needle steady. PB

    May be time to rebuild/clean the slave cyl. being the lowest point on the hyd system it gets all the crap particals that are in the fluid pushed into it. that can cause the fluid not to return to the master when you release the petal. PB

    spindle / inner wheel bearing problem

    Take some emory cloth sandpaper and polish the spindle where the bearing goes, if the prev one was siezed on it could have been the prev installers Fu. and left a burr so that the bearing will not seat. PB

    Have you looked in your phonebook? There is a metal fab shop near me tha has differnet stock on hand that can make just about anything. I made up a paper template for a RV showerpan and they made it from that. Couldn't get a replacement even from the factory. Just a thought. PB
