    Maybe check that the MAF is not contaminated with filter oil? When cleaning the filter, make sure the filter is not oiled from the inside? Too aggressive of tune? Just guesses here.

    Clunk when letting out clutch!!

    I agree. I mostly notice it on low speed/rpm changes where I can feel the weight transfer of being in a gear, N, then upshifting. Not so much on downshifting when I come to a stop though.
