    I'd advise you not gettin a C&L MAF kit, it'll be a waste. Here would be my advice.... Get the Vortech V2-SQ kit from Tim, and get a Lightning MAF. Also, get an upper plenum and TB combo along with a power pipe. With that and a good dyno tune, you should see 350+ at the rear wheels...

    That "pinging" is detonation, your engine doesn't like that at all. You might wanna try running some premium fuel through it and seeing if it still does it. when you get a custom chip, you're supposed to run premium, the added octane makes up for teh added timing.... Also, you have an auto...

    Well, you would be better off just trading it in on a V8 car. If you want to make a fast V6, or swap a worthwhile V8 in there, you're also gonna need a transmission (because the stock V6 tranny won't hold) and you're gonna need a rear-end (the V6's have 7.5 inch rears, and GT's have 8.8's)...

    Are you going to have stock heads? Stock cams? If its a nitrous motor, then the new (forged) pistons are gonna have a deeper dish, probably like 17cc or something, that'll drop your compression. So, if you stay stock headed and stock cammed (so that you don't take advantage of the new CI's)...
