    Could it be bad fuel?

    My car sat for over a year with the same untouched 87 octane fuel. What are the effects of fuel sitting this long. The timing seems like its too advanced at even 10* or playing around a lil without a timing light, it will put out a cloud of white smoke if you rev it is that typical of bad fuel...

    Holley systeMax ll engine upgrade

    The trickflow kit has it all good gaskets and valve covers and you can pick the intake to go with it. Im going straight for AFR's for my 331 otherwise id order the trickflow kit.

    What are the shortcomings of a stock intake.

    I know a few almost stock aod cars running high 12's on nitrous, i mean only dr's, mufflers and gears pretty impressive since they will go deep 12's with some more parts.

    Cam swap, idle help

    i know the screw but figured it wouldnt be that easy to drop the idle without it dying, ill try a search for checking/changing tps voltage.

    What do i do to get my car to idle stable but low so you can hear the cam lope. I put in a Bcam when i did the swap, right now timing is at 10* and cam is straight up if it matters much i havent gotten to drive it and find the right timing yet but i can do that im worried about what do i mess...

    Starter problem

    The car has power the lights/radio work but the car wont crank. What all hooks to the stock starter is there only one wire and its the positive cable from the opposite post of the battery on the relay? Does the starter have its own ground im missing?

    that should make a big sotp feel difference, have him brake and stall it up to see where it goes to and then pace him on the highway checking back rpms and speed to see if the gears are in and threw off his speedo.

    02, signal wire

    Im doing wiring and ready to wire up my a/f gauge. Which wire is the signal wire from the 02 sensor i didnt look really close at them but theres 2 whire wires and a black im assuming the black is the ground so that leaves the power heater wire and the signal.

    Ive been in the hatch all akward messing with it but the problem is the latch is locked and the mechanism from the key to inside of latch isnt connected and i cant get to where it does go in to manually pop it. I tried to unbolt the whole latch assembly but it wont come out, the latch is locked...

    I put on my saleen spoiler and put everything back together shut the hatch now it wont open. If you turn the ket there is no positive click and the release it just makes a 180* turn. How can i pop it open from inside the car? Im working on relocating my battery and need it open quick to finish...

    How hard to change the front seal?

    I replaced mine while doing my cam swap, it came in fel pros pack of timing cover gaskets. Might consider a cam swap while your in there too, its alot easier then you would think if the bolts dont snap coming out like mine did

    Help fitting Harwood 6" lift off hood

    I got the hood and not sure how much i need to trim off and what to cut it with. Also any tips on installing the fasteners and is there specific spots for them? The hood came w/ no instructions besides they roll the edges for shipping safety.

    EGT temp? what should it be?

    Dont know on a gasser, but my truck idles in the 300-80 range depending on what is running. My box is set to defuel at 1350* to prevent damage to the turbo but again this is a 6.0 psd not an n/a gasser. Where did you place the probe?

    Checking tps, rolling idle

    The car is a bone stock 94 cobra, my g/f said it was idling high. I havent seen or driven it yet so not sure whats wrong. Im gonna listen and spray carb cleaner for a vacuum leak, if not that then ill try the 10 pin mod and if not that im guessing the tps sensor. Now to the real question, how...
