    Lowering, any panhard adj. needed?

    Just lowered mine with the Eibach Pro kit and the rear moved 1/8 inch. Will check it again after a few hundred miles or road use.

    Used 05 Gt's A-plenty

    Sounds like my Sonic Blue 05, ordered with spoiler delete and IUP, thats it, $23,452 O.T.D C.M.B. Picked it up Friday and the dealer had about 5 GT's on the lot and 4 Saleens, cheapest GT was just over $30k thanks to dealer markup, Saleens were just over $50k.

    He's right you know, I have seen people put V8's in 6 cylinder models never the other way around :) . I always use the Thumper Theroy in life, "Don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all!!!" Guess you may say I am a bit quiet most of the time.

    charge motion control valves

    If I am not mistaken the factory ones are all connected so if you gutted one there would be holes where air could leak from cylinder to cylinder and then the ends would be open also. I would think you could just disconnect the systerm and wire them open to see if it helps.

    Haven't got the car yet. The Sonic Blue GT in the BFG ad where they feature Big Daddy pulling the wheels on his dragradials is wearing 20" Bonspeed Delta's. Advertising works, I bought the car, wheels tires ect, only thing I didnt get was the spolier and Big Daddys coupe :) .

    Car wouldn't run with a 1/4 tank of gas

    In a recent Car and Driver they experience the same problem with an 05 convert, showed half tank, took 15 gallons of fuel, turns out to be a defective sending unit.

    can i hit 12's??

    91 GT ran 12.86 @ 104.80, 1.70 60 ft. Ran 13.13 @105.20 on stk size radials (16") w/ 1.98 60 ft. Sounds like you need to practice the launce and maybe pull first gear a bit higher so you don't kill the tires on the 1-2 shift.

    GVRW is maximum total weight that the car and all it’s contents can be. I would bet a loaded GT convert is about 3600 lbs.
