    Quick question regarding emissions

    If you have no codes, it'll pass. With that being said, the car needs a certain number of "drive cycles" to pass, as well. If you just cleared the codes, it will probably fail. However, if you actually disabled the rear O2 sensors in the tune, it will pass.

    I've had a misfire before after cleaning the engine bay. What I did was drive it until it was nice and hot, then put it away for the night with the hood open to let it dry out thoroughly. The next morning, I started it up to drive to work, and the misfire was gone.

    I used Mobil 1 without friction modifier in my diff, and it has never given me trouble. You don't need to use friction modifier with Mobil 1 gear oil; it says so right on the bottle.

    Not to be a debbie downer, but you should have contacted the company who sent the wrong parts and let them know. They probably would have let you keep the 12s, but then at least they would know why their inventory doesn't match up.

    96 mustang differential fill plug

    The fill plug should be on the driver's side of the housing itself, facing the front of the car, and can be removed with a 3/8" drive ratchet.

    Stock injectors are either 19 lb (orange) or 24 lb (light blue) depending on the year. Those 30 lb injectors should be red assuming they're OEM Ford equipment.

    I know what you mean; I'll be sure to post updates as soon as they happen. It took a long time for Modular Head Shop to ship my heads (~7 months) so that's why there weren't any updates for so long. Now that everything is in order, I'm confident I'll have it together by the end of the summer.

    I'm not sure yet. I'll probably either mount it directly on the driver's side fuel rail, on the driver's side strut tower, or on the firewall if there's room. I'm going to wait until the new engine is in to see what makes the most sense.

    Unfortunately, no. My friend took a bunch of videos of me at the drag strip when I was running 12.2s, but unfortunately he lost the tape. When I get my new build finished, I'll be sure to post videos, though. I'm running Bassani mid-length headers, a Bassani catted X pipe, and Magnapacks.

    Thanks Tank, but those twin 255s should be sufficient for the amount of power I'll be making. As Gearbanger said, perhaps the rest of your brother's fuel system wasn't up to snuff. Those Walbro 255s are just as good as, if not better than, the Ford GT pumps. I'm using a Fore hat, AN-8 fuel...
