    here she is, it's actually missing quite a few stuff under the hood, most of em are emission related, starter solenoid, and a battery. I might be overlooking a few, but hey, I like it! pardon the dirt, LOL, she wont get cleaned up till tomorrow, and will be reassessed thereafter.

    I have a UPR and I'd have to say, it's an ok shifter, at times I feel that it's harder to get into gears compared to the Hurst i used to have on my 90 GT. specially when coming from a stop, I'd have difficulty going into gear, thought it was the tranny, but I swapped back to stock and it was fine..

    Can Head gaskets be reused ?

    not sure if the other guys are gonna agree with me, but I would't do it, for the simple fact that it has already been crushed. it might leak and you'd prolly have to do the job twice. that's my opinion..

    I've been helping my buddy out with his carbed 82 mustang, and I've searched on how to adjust the idle on it, I kinda came out with nothing. So right now, it won't even idle when you let off the gas pedal, it would just die right away, I tried setting the timing with him modulating the pedal...

    so, basically, what u guys do is, first wet sand it with 2k grit sandpaper and then I guess dry it, and finish off using polishing compound, right?
