    ive always been under the impression long tubes dont neccecarily equal more hp but they do equal GOBS OF TORQUE.

    3/6/04 installing shorty headers 92gt

    i just used the header bolts from autozone and im faving an ok time with them. every week i check all the bolts and tighten them when i need them. so the mac headers have individual flanges around each tube?? b/c if thats the case that is what i have.

    F/I?? you mean fuel injection im taking it. just stick to the carbed b/c its easy to tune and will save you a lot of trouble

    89 fox all the way baby thats what i have and i love it except you have to be easy on the brakes and screw the 5 lug thing just get you some ponies and there are some nice 4 lug wheels out there

    T-5 rebuild kit?? a do it your self?

    i dont think i would attempt it myself but thats just my 2 cents i would just go have it rebuilt or get a diff transmission cause nobody really likes thier t-5. ppl have said the 2 things ppl dont do themselves on cars are transmissions and rear ends. but if you do it i commend you :nice:

    i think the saleen is better looking the steeda just looks like a factory wing with some more curve upwards but the saleen only looks good with a body kit thats just my 2 cents

    what ford vehicles can donate the 5 lug conversion?

    earlier model rangers and minivans not sure which years but i know you cant use both the driver and passenger side axels out of the same car. its either 2 driver sides or 2 pass. side i dunno which then just use sn95 fronts

    i already have 3.55's but i think im gonna go with some 4.10s because i dont drive it that much and i dont go very far when i do. i think im gonna go with the cobra intake i heard that the gt40 was too much money spent for not enough performance

    i have an 89 lx with mac shorty headers,off road h,fenderwell cool air intake,msd 6 ignition,underdrive pulleys and the rest of the motor is stock, basically bolt on stuff. but i was wondering what intake would you guys use if you had my setup? thanks in advance :nice:
