    The U joint on the driveshaft def was not right at all. Got it off the car and it was close to sliding out. That will need to be fixed but I will head over to Bruce's site to check on the video.     Did you have any issues with that? I had my stock driveshaft fitted with the flange and u joint from an 03-04 driveshaft. I'm gonna get it in the air today again and see if the driveshaft is the culprit.

    I had to bend a few of my front and rears back. Sadly I'm experiencing some noise as well in the back end of mine. I'm praying its the driveshaft that is causing the vibrations and I'll check a few of the bolts along with the IRS hub nut as well.

    The guy I sent them to he actually disassembles them and then sand blasts before powdercoating them. All of the pistons are depressed and ready to go for me.

    Various levels of steel wool and then some dish soap and water to give you some lubrication web doing the work. After that you could try some sand paper if you arnt Bally with the results. Be sure to have some good metal polish after it!

    Got the brake calipers back today from the powdercoater :banana: He did a great job on them and was relatively cheap for the work done. The front brackets are silver while the calipers are black. In the rear the whole setup is all black to not distract from the mystic paint.

    Got some new headlights for the car while it's down. There will be some tweaking still done on these so its not the finished product. Got some small changes being done after the IRS is completed this weekend.

    Figured it out. I guess working on it at 9pm at night with less than stellar lighting wasn't the best. It was the metal clip portion I did not see the clip before and during the day today it was pretty obvious.

    I'll be replacing them. The new pair has that piece on the housing and it looks like these should have come off with the original housing.

    96-98 Headlight question

    It's a 96 Cobra. Still has the stock or had the stock housings in it. I tried with all I could to keep those pieces on it but it looks like they are just clipped over like most of the other plastic pieces on mustangs. These however would not turn loose behind the headlight panel.
