    Every time you register car which is every 2 years here you have to do what? Take it in to local police? Usually we just go t a smog station for that. Does the Salvage title really change things that much?:shock:

    That's a Salvage title. Not worth anything if or when you have to sell it. Plus I understand you have to re-smog it and have CHP check your car for stolen parts.
