For those that hid your harness under the fenders...

Do you have any pictures? I'm just about to finish up this project on my car and was wondering how I did it compared to others. It looks like it will be a very tight fit once I put the fender liners back in.

    Fuel Pump questions

The Pink/Black wire should be 12 all the time while the key is on. That is the wire I have my toggle switch wired in to. Why would I have to do all that work if it worked before just fine?

    Fuel Pump questions

Ok, need more help. I figured out there was a wire that I grounded, that needed to be power, switched that, now I have 12V all the time to the Green/yellow wire, and 12V ignition on power at the tan/light green wire. But no power from the pink/black wire that goes to the fuel pump.

    Fuel Pump questions

Damn, thanks for that info. Haven't had time to get back out there yet and dig into it, but I know for sure it does not prime, so that leads me to believe its either the relay, pump, fuse, or poor gounding.

    replacing my fuel pump today

Did you loosen the filler neck bolts? you'll have to wiggle that out of the way to drop the tank, then unplug the harness that runs to the pump, then you can drop the tank.

    Fuel Pump questions

    Fuel Pump questions

I just finished hiding all the wires in my engine bay, and installed an MSD 6A ignition. I went to turn the car over, and all it does is crank. I think it's not getting fuel cause I don't hear the fuel pump "prime." I haven't gone though and checked my hidden cut off swich or the fuel pump relay...

    Would you Cancel Extended Warranty?

I would cancel it. Even if you get the top of the line extended warranty, it doen't cover the stuff that will typically go wrong after 36K. Headlights, trim, etc. Plus, its over priced.

    Cobra brakes on my GT

All you need is the calipers, pads, rotors, and brake lines, and everything will be a direct swap. You can buy a kit for $400 I think that includes everything. If you want slotted rotors, just look for them, Ebay usually has a bunch. Just do your research first so you find a good set.

    Alternator upgrade

I just installed this in my car, I got the fuse and holder from PA Performance, it goes inline from the alternator to the starter solinoid. btw, did you ground your alternator to anything? The directions talk about a ground wire, but the case is connected to the mounting bracket, which is...

    5.0 Alternator Upgrade.

PA Performance's prices are that way because they are BRAND NEW alternators, not remanufactured, and you get a lifetime warranty. They are the only place I would buy one from.
