    the smaller input shaft doesnt cause vibrations..u gotta change the pilot bearing accordingly..ive been to 250 kms\h in my stock vert with the 4cyl tranny..no vibrations here except that my ac\eliminator bracket cracked in half lol

    yeah but it alot harder to weld that piece cut by the holw saw back..its easier to make a c cuts the fold it up, when ready to weld fold it back down flat and just weld it or use some putty to cover it up so it will be easy in the future in case u need to get in their again..

    im doing the same thing and considered the "cheap" 5 lug conversion..its not the way to go.. get it out of your hair and just do the 4 disk conversion. Its worth it. On top of upgrading the performance of your brakes greatly, your all so building a good foundation for a fast car..

    i would also suggest getting a steel bearing retainer ( thats the thing that the TOB slides on) on the input shaft of the tranny . TOB = throw out bearing. and also when you install the bearing retainer, be careful not to damage the seal (on the insisde). torque the 4 bolt to 24ft-lbs.

    its a good write up... just get a McLeod kit from maximum motorsports... they will suggest the right setup for your type of driving. Mines amazing..i took a sprung hub with a stage 2 disk..super strong and a nice pedal feel..about 30% stiffer than stock

All of our Brembo 00 Cobra R kits come with their own brake lines that are manufactured by Goodridge in England. The fittings on the calipers are completely different than any factory...
