Don't try to outbid him on ebay. :bang:
I don't know the cost involved to have the fenders rolled at a shop. You can buy a fender roller from Eastwood www.eastwood.com in Pa. by mail order. They sell a variety of body work tools and equipment. The roller sells for $300.
If you still want to remove the glass you first roll the window all the way up. Than remove the center pins from the regulator attaching rivets using a center punch. Using a 1/4" drill, remove the heads from the regulator attaching rivets. Support the glass, disengagethe regulator arm from the...
I never saw a Cobra go for $200. in any condition in my area. A decent project that needs work would bring at least $1000. I can't score ANY II's around here for $200. even if they're falling apart.
A local yard has a pos V8 Ghia with a smashed in roof and most original parts are missing under...
Been there, did that, didn't like it. My WC T-5 uses B&M synthetic stick shift gear lube SAE 75W90. Big difference in shifting and no problemo's.
My drivetrain uses all synthetic oils. Nothing but the best for my II's.
That's some bad news. Sounds like it was running with no gear oil.
I have a WC T5 in my coupe and have had no problems with it yet. Or should I say I didn't cause it to have any problems yet?
You could install the rear bumper isolators and than bolt the spring shackles in the correct mounting position at the two forward bolt positions on the isolator. It will give you a better look at the spring fitment before going any further.
With the price the yards are getting for scrap cars most will not keep much inventory stored for long periods. Therefore the II's go as do other good parts cars like thirdgen Z's. It's worth it to flip any car that has a catalytic converter on it since the price of platinum and rodium are up...
I would also ask this seller if the spoiler has all the studs mounted on the back section. If they're broken you'll have to modify studs to mount the spoiler correctly. Not fun especially if you pay a high price for the piece.
It may be better to look for a complete spoiler that includes the...
My 78 has brown-black-green/white wires for the parkers and brown-black wires for the side markers. If you only changed the m/c and not the booster there should be nothing wrong with the brake switch unless it was removed and the wires or switch were damaged.
I would guess to check your fuses...
That's a tough one. I checked with a few late yards today and they don't have any of the 2003-04 Marauders or Vics in their yards yet. Probably best to due a part search on line.
There's no proportioning valve on your axle housing. That's the brake hose and hard line junction block. Just remove the bolt on top of the brass block...should take a 9/16" socket. You'll get a new brake rubber hose with the new block. Be sure to disconnect your hard brake lines before removing...
I have a 93 Cobra bell on my T-5 conversion. I'm using the original MII clutch cable with the firewall adjuster. You should be able to get the clutch cable and adjuster at a local parts house like NAPA or Advance Auto. You will need the correct II cable with adjuster to make your setup work...
