    If you know somebody with air tools it will drastically help you in getting those bolts out. Good job on the PB Blaster, that stuff really works, and also have a torch handy if you don't have air tools. Just be careful if you go to torch where you sprayed the PB, that stuff lights up pretty...

    What he said. A heat gun or hairdryer should work too. I'm still surprised your motorcraft PCV didn't come with a new one though. I'd ask the parts dude if it's supposed to or not. I know mine did and I just got it last weekend.

    I know the Royal Purple diff. fluid already has the friction modifier in it, but I don't know if it will equal the amount svttech76 said to put in it. Since he knows what he is talkin about, go with his method. That royal purple stuff is expensive as hell too.

    2nd to 3rd shift transmisson whining?

    It sounds to me like your third gear blocker ring is starting to wear out on ya. I just rebuilt my transmission, and that sounds like the only thing that could really cause grinding in just third gear itself.

    It's located on the passenger side cam cover right in the middle, underneath your air intake tube. It should be a little plastic thingy with a hose coming out from it.

    4.10 not worth it!!!

    If you are saying that 4.10's will be faster, then why do you have them listed in your future mods. I don't think the "sim" takes in to account all the little variables that have an affect during real life drag racing. I'm not saying it's wrong, I just don't think it's completely correct.

    keeping it straight

    Check the pressures in your tires first. When your pressures are set, go drive it (only if you had to change them), otherwise swap your tires from left to right. The pull should follow the tire if the tire is bad. If the pull is still to the left, then you have a brake or alignment issue...

    I've had the battery disconnected for a while on my car. I also had it tuned during the summer, which raises some concerns. It's been disconnected for about 2 months because I had the transmission out of it, and didn't have money for a new one or for a rebuild kit. I finally rebuilt it myself...
