    Clutch Cable Fixed, However....

if it does it after you let up off the clutch pedal it's probably the throw out bearing. you may need to tighten that fwa another turn or so to put some light pre load on the bearing to kep it from rattling....

    Speedometer cable disconnect?

yes you remove the one bolt on the side of the trans there, and slide the whole assembly out. i'm guessing the cable didn't come out because it's still atatched to the speedo gear inside, which you can remove by removing the speedo gear retaining clip. as for...

    3G alternator clocking

yeah i believe you do take the pulley off to re clock it. your re-clocking the front part of the alt case ( the mounting bolt holes). as for the pulley, i used the old 2g alt pulley... however......you may notice on the 3g pulley there's a bit more of a shoulder behind...

    3G alternator clocking

it's easy to do i did it to mine. yes you remove the 3 bolts, you need to remove the pulley ( if i recall) and slide the front part of the case and re clock it. if you don't have an impact then you'll have to have the auto parts store do it for you. just make sure to remember which direction...

    Clutch cable keeps streching

    Gotta question about Fuel Pressure!!

being you don't have much else on the engine than the intake the stock pressure would probably work best. i think most guys that ramp up the fuel pressure have heads, cam, or both...although a dyno or some type of a/f meter is the only way to tell for sure if it's rich or lean.

    Need T5 Help

the t-5z or with "z" gears is the strongest factory t-5 made ( minus g force, etc) it's supposed to handle 330 pounds of torque, as where the late 90's t-5's were rated at around 300. there are also t-5 z gearsets but i don't think those tranny's have the roller pocket bearing...

correct way to install a connecting rod bolt.

they need to be re sized or atleast checked because changing the bolts can change the clamping load distorting the big end of the rod....you gotta remeber this stuff is invisible to the eye, but can make a big difference in how the bearing wears..... as for the bolts...
