    You shouldn't have any problem hitting that goal with that set up. My 04 Mach 1 with Bassani Mid Lengths, catted X, flowmasters and drop in K&N made 301RWHP and trapped 108.4 at full weight.

    Maybe it's the rust from up North but down here you can find decent shape cars like that for cheap. There are plenty of junkers but you can find clean ones for well under those prices.

    In terms of longevity the 4.6 is a step above the 5.0 and that doesn't mean the 5.0 isn't good. I've owned both and abused both pretty well. From my experiences the 5.0's seem to start running into oil pressure issues around 150-170k miles. The 4.6's on the other hand can go into the 200k mile...

    If it's a real Saleen I'd say put it up for sale as is a couple thousand over what you are willing to sell it for. Right now it's hard to sell anything that's big but you just never know. Include plenty of pics, make sure the car inside and out is spotless.
