Will urethane front control arm bushings make the car ride harsher?

I had to get my old ones pressed out and new ones pressed in. It made the ride a little bit harsher, but nothing too radical (I drive this car every day). I think for the price, the poly bushings up front made a BIG difference with the turning response, I loved it, and will definitely do it...

    95 cobra 351 alternator won't mount

I had the same problem on my swap. I used Anderson Motorsport Valve covers. The only way around it w/o fabricating a bracket to extend the alternator to mount farther out, is to buy new valve covers or remove a chunk of the valve cover and have it rewelded. I opted to have my engine...

    Fail Emissions

As stated above it connects to the upper intake, on the bottom side. If your looking at the engine from the front, look at the right hand side of the intake and then just try your best to look underneath of it. There should be vacuum nozzles that you just plug the canister rubber hose to...

Aerodynamic experts, SN95 vs Fox Body, which goes through the wind the easiest?

The difference between a 87-93 fox body mustang to an sn95 mustang is not as big as you think. Yes the sn95 is more aerodynamic but not by much. Main reason is because the front of our car has that opening while the fox body mustang has the hood sloping down. I cant quite recall the exact...

    Need Help With Speedo!!!

We do not have a speedo cable its all electronic. I have the same problem as you do, my speedometer does not work, but then sometimes it does. Majority of the times it doesnt. Usually if I go over a bump or hit the cluster it'll work, same as you. Unfortunately I havent read or seen...

Ordering front mm coilover kit-need help choosing spring rates.

Just gonna put my 2 cents here, but when I switched to coil overs my ride quality was alot better then the regular coil springs. The spring rates between the coil over and regular springs were very simliar.

    351 dilemma

If your not gonna make big horsepower then Id suggest getting a later model 94+ 351 roller block. That way you can swap all the majority of your 302 roller cam parts into the 351. Flat tappet vs roller is a hot topic but I feel roller has more benefits if this is a daily driver car (my...

remvoing lower control arms tommarow any advice?

Get a BIG breaker bar or steel pipe. I mean like 4 foot long. Those bolts are big so I doubt youll snap one. Either that or youll need an acetylene (sp) torch. Propane doesnt get it hot enough, acetylene will get it nice and hot to break the rust.

Installed rear control arms (lower), now lots of issues:

I had the same problem you have when I installed my weight jacker GMS arms. My sway bar was off about an inch or maybe even 2. All I did was push it over so it fit inside the mounting point. It wasnt too bad to push it over, just had to use some muscle. The sway bar fit was really tight...

My Experience with a whole bunch of different vendors

If there is one thing I see alot on stangnet and corral, it's alot of people complaining about how they got screwed over by such and such vendor. But not many people post about the good experiences they have had with em. So Ill list a few vendors that I've had positive or least neutral...

Ok lets to this G-force vs TKO-500

If you dont plan on doing anymore crazy HP modifications (like forced induction), I think you should go with Gforce. Your HP level wouldnt cause any T5 weak case problems and its lighter and cheaper (since you will be keeping alot of your stock parts). The only thing Id be skeptical of is...

Anyone know if Bassani 3 piece Xpipe fits all years?

Im currently using bassani 3 piece x pipe with cats. I want to go back to an off road mid pipe, and it would only seem logical to just swap out the actual "X with cats" with an off road version. (This would be the easiest way since the entire mid pipe is 3 pieces, no need to remove the pieces...

    TwEECer communication error

I had a similiar problem to yours. I kept getting a bin error or something when I tried to write to the tweecer while installed to the EEC. You have to contact Mike Glover, but basically either a) your EEC is bad or b) you gotta hook up a separate 12 volt source to your KAM power. At least...

    problems with x-pipe install

Are you sure they sent you the correct x pipe? Specifically, one designed for our year car (94/95) Fox body mid pipes are shorter in length, so if they accidently sent you a fox body pipe that'll explain why there's a gap?

    Radiator for '94 with AODE

Summit Radiator B&M tranny cooler No problems here!! The summit radiator is well worth the money if you dont mind fabricating your own brackets. My only gripes is no mounting for the electric fan, but its easy to get around. Temps are much much lower with both of them, when compared...

    Does anyones 95 track straight?

I have 315's in the rear. When I had 275's in the front, it wasnt too driver friendly. I've recently switched to 245's and the problem is all but gone. Im gonna step up to 255's when I require new sets of tires.
