    Sounds like mismatched leaf springs to me. Or maybe one leaf is in good shape and the other is way sprung. I replaced the leafs on mine and raised the car 1.5 inches. I love how it looks sitting up a bit higher. ;)

    Well, the connection was not the problem. I just messed up on the RPM range. It still is doing it around 3500. But again, if I give it gas the bouncing goes away. I'll recheck the dwell. P

    I'm putting my chips on Max as well. I had very poor engine running conditions and found out the PO had installed incorrect carb spacer gaskets and I had a vac leak. Put the correct gaskets on and it immediately ran like a champ!

    Save your old parts and put them out on ebay. Someone will buy them and you can recover some of your $ invested into the new parts. You'll have better piece of mind probably with the new parts on your car too.

    www.nadaguides.com shows the current value around $7400 and after new paint, bumper, and dent fixing between $15,700 and $27600. Not sure where they are getting their sales comparisons. I purchased a 65 fastback for just over $10,000 and nada claims it is worth around $24,000. Go figure.
