    Roller rockers are very noisy, this sounds like what u described, nothing to worry about. I have a set of trick flow roller rockers and they have alot of chatter!

    Well I guess it probably best to go to bare metal because u can see whats underneath the paint, and it might be a little thick if u add yours on top of it depending on how thick it already is. I know its work but if it was me I would feel better about taking it to bare metal!

    As long as ur existing paint is smooth the results should be just as good, also something to think about is the color of the car close to or the same as what ur going to paint it because if its not it might take alot of coats to cover it!

    I am also in the process of doing the body work on my 88 notch! Its not always necessary to go to bare metal, if the existing paint is good u can sand it with like a 400 grit and then paint. On my car I will be stripping it to metal because the paint is old and peeling. Heres a pic of my roof...

    Go with the Holley blue pump, no need to waste money on the pickup, remove the stock unit from the tank, take the fuel pump out of the assembly then run a rubber hose in place of the pump, just make sure its long enough to reach the bottom of the tank.

    You will need to get a different fuel pump because the fuel injected pump has to much pressure, '85 and older cars have the cable!

    Yes, they are noisy, I have the Trickflow 1.6's and u definately know their there!

    28" Slicks fit on stang?

    I have 28" slicks on mine, but u will have to roll or cut the fender lip and beat the hell out of the inner fender well! They still rub every now and again on big bump. Oh yeah and u will definately need the 1/4" spacer.
