    Odd that it wouldn't throw a code at all running that rough. Did you change the PIP when you changed out the TFI. I haven't had to change either one before but I've heard they can effect things when the car warms up. It's been a few months, any changes?

    Pull the house off the front of the turbo and check for shaft play. Make sure it spins freely.

    I did a similar maneuver on my 2.3 last year. You can pickup a replacement plastic line at most parts stores that will splice into yours to fix the break.

    First I would do is pull the codes. That will tell us where to begin. What year is the car? Have you checked the tps and done a base idle reset? Was it running OK before?

    I would think the 7.5 would hold up fine with normal driving. The 2.3t can put up good numbers, but they're not known for their gear shredding torque.

    The quad shocks don't take the place of the control arms. They are supposed to control wheel hop though. I think a lot of folks eliminate them though when they upgrade their rear suspension. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk
