    I wnat to cut my pipes just behind the mufflers (putting on dumps) but have no cutting wheel or rotary tools- will my sawzall cut through these pipes? It seems like it will, but I just want to be sure before I leap into this. Thanks for any info.

    Check that t-stat housing real good- this happened to me too, and the puddle was on both sides. Sometimes the coolant will travel around a bit, and it will dry when the engine gets hot too, so it's tough to pinpoint the source- I would replace the t-stat gasket just to eliminate that...

    I ordered some from Summit, but they were way too big- I think they are for a truck rim (11/16"). Anyone know where I can get the ones that fit Weld Draglites? (I checked the Weld web site, no mention of them at all.) Thanks for any info.

    lost oil pressure

    Yeah, that's the first thing I'd check, if you have an aftermarket gauge check the lines and sender. Mine popped off shortly after I installed it (the white plastic line from the gauge to the sender).

    I was wondering if I can shift a C-4 through the gears myself, or does it have to come with a special valve body for this to happen? I know the aod shift points are pre-determined on my car now, but how does putting in a C-4 change them? Thanks for any advice.

    How do I get bronze fittings off tranny cooler lines (at the tranny)?

    In case anyone else runs into this in a search, I fixed the problem with a ford disconnect tool and 2 new bronze colored fittings that have a little plastic clip in them. They were a beeotch to get off, but once I did and got the new ones on, no more leak.
