    have them put red high performance clutches and kevlar bands in it. tell them to put a shift kit in it and put a a 2800-3k stall in it and you will love it. you could also try to find a hardened input shaft and shell. i think art carr sells them. thats about all. you might be better off...

    well it does take some hp to turn since the vanes that pump the air create resistance to turning. but yes it is a very insignificant amount. i just think that it would be cool to retrofit one from a newer vehicle and you could really put it anywhere so it doesnt clutter the engine bay

    i think someone needs to make an electric air pump for our cars. not that i would run one since i have no emissions stuff on my car at all. but i think it would be a good idea because it wouldnt rob power and you could run it off a temperature switch to come on when the engine got to operating...

    if there are no visible marks left on the pinion flange and driveshaft try removing the driveshaft and rotating it 180 degrees and see what happens. if it gets worse than put it back if it gets better than youre all set but if it stays the same than turn it 90 degrees and see what happens
