    $700 is awful high for a gear and bearing install. shop around some more. should be able to find around $400 - $500 for a gear and bearing kit install.

    thinking about getting 18x9's for the stang...wondering what's the biggest tire size (width wise) i can run on the back 2 wheels? please use the whole tire size too so I'm not having to guess. e.g. 295/45/18. thanks

    well i screwed up and had my mechanic cut the rear fender lips into small tab-like sections and then he pounded them flush with fender wells so they wouldn't shred my tires, but if you get up close and look, you can see ripples in the paint, so I'm gonna have to have both my side rear 1/4 panels...

    dont forget the c-clip eliminators for your rear end. this will keep the axles from coming out...lots of power will cause stuff like that.
