    Tint problem

    I've had my tints for a year now with no issues. I'd bring it back. Also, I got the best the guy offered with lifetime warranty and they were only $130. Cali must be an outrageously expensive place to live.

    :nice: Is there anyone that thinks the above isn't true? It seems an easy fix for the plugs flyin' out of the heads. I'd like to get the word out. Don't use never-seeze of any kind on the plugs. Just change them once a year with the motor stone cold and you'll have no problems. :nice:

    Driver's side window won't roll up

    My daughter came to me with the same issue. When I went out to check it, she had mistakenly hit the lock button that keeps the passenger from messing with the window. You don't think this was it, do you? I looked like a hero when I went in after about a minute and told her it was fixed.

    "He replaced the fuel pump in the trunk" makes me suspicious. Did he pull the fuel tank and actually replace the pump? If not, I'm thinking it's the pump.

    So what I'm gathering from this is: 1. If you don't torque your plugs, they fly 2. If you torque your plugs but lube them with never-seeze, they fly 3. If you torque them correctly with no lube consistently through the life of the motor, they stay in the hole. I can't find anyone that...

    Sounds like it bought the farm dude. I put in a Zoom Stage II this past winter and it feels great. I swear it's better than stock pedal and hooks up like crazy.

    So I see one guy that torques faithfully that's shootin' plugs and he's using antiseeze. I disagree with the use of antiseeze if there's a problem with plugs coming out on their own. Why lube them more? I change mine every season with a new set of NGK copper ones with the engine absolutely stone...

    Thinking bout running a 100 shot!!

    I'm thinking of doing the same to an '01 Cobra. (No supercharger on the '01's) I plan to run a AEM wideband Air/Fuel gauge just to be sure. Do you agree this is enough safety along with window switch and fuel pressure switch.

    Let me know what you think. I bought the Fiore because it was the same circumference as stock and I didn't want to increase the pedal pressure needed to push in the clutch. Did you stick with the stock cable? I understand there better than any after market.

    Who here who torques there plugs faithfully everytime they put them in, has had a plug blow out on them. I torque to 11 ft/lbs (per the manual) each install. I don't want any surprises while cruising. Am I safe?

    diablosport tune

    Installed a diablo tune on my '01 Cobra and it mad it meaner. Sounds great, no sand. If you pull the plugs, you can read them to tell if your getting detonation. Look for something that looks like black pepper on the porcelain insulator. You must look at all 8 to be sure.
