    saleen kit

I have a Saleen front that came off of a wrecked car. The car was fixed with a new bumper cover. There is onle a small tear in it that is easily fixed, infact my body man said he would repair, prep and paint it for me for the same price he would ask to prep and paint! I am in no hurry to sell...

Thanx, I am trying to get it featured in a Magazine, but I guess they only feature "Rich Boy" cars! (maybe I'll win the lottery this year)

    Saleen kits- worth it?

I have a Saleen front that came off a wrecked car (only a slight tear/easily fixable/my body man gave it to me-the owner of the car got a new front put on by his insurance company). My body man told me if I ever want to put it on he would charge me the same to fix, prep and paint it as he would...

Anyone NOT do an alignment after a spring install?

I would recommend them for any lowered car, it returns the steering geometry to stock!

Anyone NOT do an alignment after a spring install?

First you have to know what bumpsteer is. Does your car follow ruts or grooves in the road? Does it pull to one side or the other when you brake? Mine did both, but it doesn't now that I have the offset bushings! To install you disconnect the steering shaft from the rack. Unbolt the long...

Anyone NOT do an alignment after a spring install?

I didn't need an alignment, but I had some bumpsteer. I installed OFFSET RACK BUSHINGS and now I have NO bumpsteer. That was the best $15.00 that I ever spent on my car! Get Offset Rack Bushings, you will thank me! :nice:

Steering Rack Bushings or Bumpsteer Kit?

:stupid: This is good advice that comes from experience, Offset bushings will make a big difference and they are easy to install and they are only $15.00

    2005 GT ET's?

I watched a 2002 GT Auto go 13.66, then 13.67! Stock as a rock except for Magnaflow mufflers (welded in). The next weekend he went 13.77 at a different track. Since then I have not seen him go better than 14.0xx.

    Plenum results on the way!

Ported and Polished with a dremel moto-tool. I also "knife edged" the divider. My track results were after the P & P Dragon Plenem, Steeda LCA's, Aluminum D.S. and offset rack bushings.

    Plenum results on the way!

Good test, I am still happy with my Dragon Plenem and the 2 MPH gain and ET that is .231 lower after I installed it. The Dragon that I installed was pretty rough on the inside, so I ported and polished it. I am sure the porting and polishing was worth a few extra HP :nice: I will run my car on...
