    Going to 3.73s from the 3.31s lost me about 10% MPG on the Highway. What happens in the city is up to you. If you romp on them it will be lower than with the 3.31s. If your easy on them, you will get a little higher.

    Remove a lock cylinder from a door and take it to a lock smith. Have him cut you some keys for it. Assuming your trunk key is different, you can then drive the car to the smith and let him open the trunk and make a key for it.

    I did both at once. 3.73s and a 16Lb Drive shaft. Between the two, the car is more spirited. Shift points are different. about 1/2 to 1 MPG increase in city driving. About - 2 to 3 MPG loss on the highway compared to the stock 3.31s.

    Nice to know. But I can get OEM RFID key blanks for 25$ and the key shop will cut them for a buck. But then I had two keys. They beat the Ford stealer but not those who plan ahead. They must have a way to burn the code into the chip from the old key. Nice idea.
