    oh, Im talking complete engine with harness and computer... fully running.. Id love to buy a 96 GT and put that in there.. longtubes, the basic bolt ons ( chip, pulley, cai, full exhaust ) and you'd have a 500 rwhp car.

    exactly. Magnaflows are the new flowmaster. If you dont run magnaflow, you're just silly. Im looking EVERYWHERE for magnaflow mufflers to weld them into my Flowmaster catback.. I had magnapacks but I hit a pothole, and the whole catback was ruined :(

    Yes, UPR pipes are dirt cheap... Im replacing my catted VRS pipe with one.. I recently replaced my magnapack catback on my 03 cobra with 3 chamber flowmasters.. and Im going to open it up. one of my cats is clogged so we will see.. I may just weld up some magnaflow mufflers if it is too...

    uh.. no. 96-98 Cobras are rated at 305 horsepower. 99+ gts are rated @ 260 horsepower 302 ft/lbs of torque vs 300. the Cobra reaches it torque peak much later so it loses the race at the beginning of the race but it catches up in the top end. pLus the Cobra weighs a bit more. -Ryan

    Now, when I talked to the Ford Racing people about this.. They said that I was unable to run the SVO blower with the PI heads... I'll admit I was wrong on that one.. But Im really happy to hear that it is possible. I notice you have an SVO blower.. im considering getting a 97 Autumn...

    310 rwhp? 300 rwtq? haha.. Try 325+ rwtq... and about 315 rwhp.. gas mileage will go down with a blower... 3.73s aren't bad whatsoever for gas mileage.. $4000? Where are you shopping? Cams + springs = $600 PI heads + necessary stuff to swap = $1100 if you know where to shop...

    I guarantee to you it's not. My insurance from a 2002 GT ( actually a 360R but they didnt know ) to a 2003 Cobra only went up $90 a month.. considering my insurance already was $300 a month.. that isnt THAT bad.. and Im 18. -Ryan
