    My new heads didn't have smog tubes either. I ran a piece of heater hose from the smog pump air bypass valve to the air tube that goes to the h-pipe. I only had to plug one vacuum line, the line that went to the air diverter valve (the one in the middle)

    Broken bolt

    All of the vehicles frames are suspended on welded wheels, so they are already off the ground. As far as the torch, you just have to get creative.
