    Well, the noise at crank couldnt be the driveshaft since it is not moving. Also, the high rev sound could be the clutch slipping (a bad clutch could cause a knock noise also). Have you noticed and driveability problems other than noises? Bucking, stalling, running hot, weird smells, etc...?

    Well, I used an aftermarket bracket for AC eliminator, but the bracket I used was for the stock ford pump. If you look up a 2000 3.0L Taurus PS pump and a latter fox 5.0L PS pump (89-93, dont know about other years), they have the same part # at AZ or AAP. Here is a couple of pics...

    I believe so, I am going to wait until tomorrow to pull the radiator out and look at it further. I also have the original upper support brackets, I thought about turning those upside down and trying to bolt them in somehow. We'll see how that works.

    Does the Tee need to be copper? Do you think I could use brass instead? Also, the fan sensor I have does not have a very long nipple (maybe 1/8 to 1/4 inch). Im assuming I need to try and get that into the water stream.
