    get a new clutch cable.. an aftermarket one, not a oem ford one (they're like $40) It's not the clutch's fault it's doing this. It sounds like you just need to adjust the clutch pedal

    spec stage 2 clutch?

    i have a spec stage 3+ clutch and it's a really nice clutch. Spec makes some good stuff for mustangs. Your friend needs to get a clutch quadrant and an aftermarket clutch cable for the clutch so you dont wear it out fast. Remember to do the 700 break in miles on the new clutch too.

    where are you going to mount your regulator at? I'm trying to find a suitable location for mine. and to tank.. the return style system with twin walbros are good up to 850 rwhp.....the stock lines are good till about 500 or so i think.

    are you going to be working with a hoist or without one? The way my Dad and i have pulled the motor was by unbolting the k member, sway bar, power steering pump/hoses, the brakes, etc and supporting the k member and trans with jack stands and lifting the car up with the hoist while the motor...

    tell him to sell his 04' cobra to me and then sell his mach 1 to my dad. Then tell him to go buy a camaro and to F off. mach 1's have different cams, heads, transmission, rear axle, seats, shaker hood etc than a 99/01 cobra. Completely different and better car.
