    Thats just it, i have no idea if a tuner can fix it or not. I'm guessing they can fix it on a dyno? You should check for vacuum leaks or anything like that or even an unplugged sensor. With just the JLT you shouldnt be having this problem, especially since you replaced your TPS and your IAC...

    CAI/tune wont get 450 rwhp out of a coyote motor... but yes, with a twin screw itll beat the terminator. But if you put a twin screw on the terminator then it evens up the match.

    pypes has really bad quality stuff. Hence why they are so cheap. I bought the SLP headers and they are really good quality, zero fitment issues, easy to install, and are awesome. You get what you pay for.

    yes, a tremec t56 will bolt up to your 4.6 with the t56's bellhousing and then youll need a new driveshaft. If you want lower gear ratios in your 5 speed, you might as well go for a 6 speed. And i agree with the above statement, buy the 31 spline axles.
