    Sounds liek a power issue. I'd check the battery even though you replaced it. And, yes, find your grounds and make sure they are secure

    Anyone have an axleback exhaust that isn't raspy or pops and gurgles on decel? Something louder than stock but not so loud it wakes the dead.

    Looking at new stereos (Head Unit) for my 2001 Cobra - Any suggestions?

    I was surprised when I replaced the head unit in our 07 GT500 with a base Blaupunkt unit. With the original speakers the bass hits harder and the sound was cleaner than the OEM unit. Sometimes it's the head that makes all the difference.

    Help Radio replacement stock 1997 4.6 Dolby mach & a/c bezel removal

    I don't recall having to remove the bezel to get the radio out but when I did the bezel just popped in and out with clips. The radio is sometimes real tough to get out. You have to make sure the removal tool is inserted as far as it can go and wiggle it free.

    Electrical issues are hard to diagnose. So many factors that lead to issues. Cool you got it fixed.

    Pull the coils and plugs and see if there is coolent in any plug wells. That is where you can start.

    @gavinmgrant My car had a built motor when I bought it. They spared no expense, Comp 278 cams, forged internals, dished pistons, aluminum Cobra block. I had some fuel issues after I had it about a year. When it came to connecting the wiring harness, they wire nutted the fuel pressure regulator...

    Miatas are fun cars. Too tall to do a job? Sounds like an excuse to let you go. I'd pursue it in court. Lots of lawyers would take it pro bono or pay after settlement if you have a case.

    After all that it may be internal. I have the same issue in my 03. Do a compression check done and see if a cylinder is down.
